These products include tinctures, pure oil concentrates, and vape liquids.

We purchase our products from a vendor who has been using natural substances for many years, and they are of the highest quality. We research our products before placing them on this site to ensure our customers get only quality products. We do not sell anything regulated by the Controlled Substances Act.
Shipping Policy
Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excludes holidays). This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.

All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been scanned and shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is input correctly prior to purchase. We can not be responsible for lost packages with incorrect mailing addresses or special delivery instructions.

Pricing
Complete Rapha Nutrition LTD reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event we find a pricing error; we will make every attempt to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error. If a pricing error is determined, Complete Rapha Nutrition LTD will notify the customer of the pricing discrepancy and will determine a resolution at that time.
Refund Policy

We take the quality of them very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unopened product within 30 days of purchase and request a full refund. Please also note CBD does affect everyone differently and we cannot guarantee it will work for you. Therefore we are not able to accept any product that has been opened or used.
Any disputes will be resolved in the EU.
Orders containing a 10g tube of our pure oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product.
