I have been trying the Relax drops for a couple of weeks now and comparing them to the Hemp soft gels. One thing that I have noticed is that the drops are very good at relaxing me and helping with anxiety. When I take them at night, I fall asleep quickly. However, for staying asleep the whole night I find the soft gels work much better for me. I get a longer, deeper sleep in with the soft gels.
